The cooking for life project with host a series of classes about how to select fresh produce, follow recipes, create new recipes with innovation and inspiration, balance meals and budgets, and store food properly for short and long-term periods.  There will courses on cooking, drying, and canning.  These courses will be open to anyone and schedules will be posted.  The personal chefs at The Savory Spoon have graciously volunteered to show us all of the ins and outs of meal preparation, while the herbalist at Maison Terre will teach us about Food as Medicine.
